I was born in Rhodes, Greece, and studied at the University of Connecticut. In the mid-90s, I moved to New York City to pursue filmmaking, where I attended the School of Visual Arts. After SVA, I continued my training on high-profile films like Basquiat and The Mirror Has Two Faces.
As an award-winning filmmaker in my own right. My shorts, commercials, music videos, and feature films, have appeared in numerous film festivals and broadcast markets around the world. I pride myself on bringing my vision and perspective to different musical artists, companies, and brands to help them stand out from the crowded media landscape.
Additionally, I have helped other filmmakers on a variety of projects. This includes independent films like Blueprint, which was nominated for an IFP Gotham Award for Best Film in 2007, and Salud, which won Best Screenplay at the 2009 Beverly Hills Film Festival. Most recently, I worked on the award-winning shorts Redeploy and Paper Wrap Fire. Additionally, I helped craft the rough cut and teaser trailer for the award-winning 2016 feature film, Front Cover.
I’ve freelanced on different documentaries, news shows, non-profits, web series, corporate projects, and promos for a variety of clients ranging from broadcast to high-end corporate and government agencies.
