Finalizing the crew

This past week, I finalized the crew for my feature. I had a listing on Mandy.com for a crew and meet a few people from each job, make up / dp / sound/ pa and so on. If mandy doesn’t cover your area you can always post your requirements on craigslist. It’s good to meet the crew members to see if you vibe with them and share the same passion. You can tell a lot from the meeting on how they work and how passionate they are for their craft.
